so .5 ensures that there are no cases where there are exactly 7 aces and both over and under are wrong.
for bets with whole numbers there is usually a third option that says draw or an exact number
I am russian by birth and parents but am living in Singapore for past 14 years.
you can’t do an over under of a whole number in case the total actually matches the number.
ex imagine there’s an over under of 5 and it turns out it be exactly 5
