prx comps are always like this, if these work these are the best comps ever until they fuck up against some team. so just let them play.

Sure if they change they become better or get worse like drx, latter is most likely will happen.
different approach i would say. If it works, it's gonna blows everyone's mind. If it doesn't, they look completely dumb. They're pushing the creativity but often get overwhelmed by their own idea.
At some point, you have to understand being a "big brother" figure doesn't always work. You have to be strict with them. You can't say ggwp we will get them next time. You have to hold people accountable. From what I see, none of the players on PRX have fears of being dropped. They don't have no fear. They know Alecks is too comfortable with them which is not a good thing. Jinggg had all the time in the world and couldn't learn another agent apart from Sage and Raze?
We always have thought that "oh, it's PRX, they are having fun" along with the stigma that they are the best in the world. Let's be honest, they are not. They have potential to be but what use is having potential and "having fun" if you can't win shit to show for it.
I do think he is a good coach, he just has to be a bit more strict. Specially with Jinggg. He is a grown ass man. Stop with the "mama's baby boy " bs.
He is the only coach that is able to leash out those 5 monsters, so yeah he is trying his best, sometime his team decides their comp and the other time his team decides to throw, and when they don’t they look extremely good, we can’t really blame him…

i don't think this is alecks fault that certain someone can't play any other agent
