AMERICAS except SEN boutta disappoint at champions lmao. This is the worst the region has looked since start of franchising.

the only change I have btw is NRG > C9

This is the most realistic list. I think NRG could be above C9 if they play the same during the last two maps of today's match (I'm biased).
