Why do people keep saying neon is broken

Neon is still meh just a little bit better but people keep saying she's broken like iso even she gets countered easily. Everyone says her slide is op but every game people op on her because her slide is mid and her util is mid. Iso is broken tho

because of no shooting error when sliding, which is bananas on low elo because no one shoots heads

neon and iso are good to smurf on and actually encourages smurfing. more smurfs = players getting dumpstered = players quitting = smaller player base = dead game
