For sure, since they're kinda in the middle it's not terrible time for anyone. At least in the Americas EU games start around 11:00 a.m. which is pretty good

its better than americas events. emea events are like 830pm-230am here which is the perfect time to watcher after a long day of work or school

for internationals, yes, but for americas region alone, no. those games start at 23:00

theres three events a year and 3 regions just put one in n/s amercia one in emea and one in apac

china and apac are basically the same thing
for example if its hosted in korea at 5pm its 4pm in china still convenient
