Shangai will play on not nerfed viper, split 2 will have nerfed viper. You cant dictate meta playing on a different patch

Yes they're playing this patch in shangai but what he meant is: Teams who qualify for shangai, after the event ends, will only have 1 week to practice and change EVERYTHING because viper is now completely ass.
