Fps problem help!!!!!!

I have lenovo legion 5 laptop i7.16gb ram nvidia 1650 ti and intel hd gpu.I have enough space in ssd and hdd.My drivers are updated.My fans are cleaned.even after lowering valorant quality i am still getting 30fps.This has been happening from 3 days ago.Earlier i used to get 120 fps.Can anyone pls help?

have you tried turning fans off silent mode, i was fps locked and i had no idea
maybe vsync asw, turn that off

trash specs, get a better machine
anything below 3060 is a big no

i get 180 consistent with 3050ti on laptop i dont think theres a problem, i can even get 100 fps on cs2

i was capping
i get 250fps on my 1080ti its one of the best cards they ever made

1080ti is very good but ur on pc so you get much better fps, i will save my cash to get a real pc in a few years but i bought my laptop myself so i dont have that much cash
