Am I crazy or are DRG being crazy overrated? Like you can’t discredit the ascension run but people are rating this team top 3-4 in China? Imo they are like 8-9th best and will probably win a handful but I definitely don’t think they’ll make any events.

- DRG beating RA was an upset, no one expecting it, or rather RA players wants permanent spot in VCT CN instead of guest slot by joining JDG performing worse on the final.
- People putting BLG outside top 4 (DRG higher) cause they perform bad in Act3, not knowing their coach (that beat NRG) at champions absence during act 3.
- Majority of people in general just don't know much about CN valo, Ryan Central video does a great job introducing CN teams especially with knowledge about Wolves team.
- Me personally due to the various amount of transfer activity raises question on the performance of newly assembled roster, whether it'll take time for team to perform at peak level from synergy concern.
I'd put DRG 8th-9th as well.
yeah, I feel most people don't know China very well, so they only look at Act 3 and Ascension placements to base their opinions, so it makes sense that DRG would be overrated. Also strong on-paper rosters such as Wolves will be underrated cause most people wouldn't recognise the talent on these rosters
