Here are a few tips
Firstly
take good care of ur hair
Avoid touching it often
Don't touch it in a harsh manner especially when its wet.
Make an actual hair care routine preferably with a professional like a dermatologist or something.

Be careful. My older brother lost all his hair in 1.5 year when he was 18. Now he's 33 and he completely bald. Go to doctor and check ur hormones, also dont forget to eat heathy food and dont stress(especially in valorant ranked)

You can still save your hair but u will need to take medication for the the rest of your life with possible side effects, search finasteride on google :D

Even if you get a hair transplant, you will still need to take that medication or your native hear will still fall

i have no problem to go shave it at 0 or 1mm, i already have beard ang go the gym, but every person looks uglier without hair even bradd pit

Hey man, I get bad hair loss when I blow dry my hair without a heat protector (I blow dry pretty much everyday). Also, my hair loss got better after I started using a shampoo for hair loss, you can buy them at any pharmacy, any of them will prob do. Also how old are u? maybe that's also a factor
