you’re looking at the players but nothing else
there are a lot of issues that will take a while for the team to figure out. there are role issues, there is no experienced igl, and they are only going to have a month and a half of practice going into the season. that’s as much as sentinels had going into lock//in.
Every new team has question marks bro
Imo the only real question mark is igl and even then NRG has 4 experienced players who could take on the igl + an amazing coaching staff
NRG are the most flexible team in Americas so roles aren’t an issue
SEN had a bad igl and a bad coaching staff sio you can’t really compare the two
Sentinels NEVER got good though, it took a whole year and 3 roster changes to look decent in a for-fun event. I dont think SEN is the golden standard we should be holding teams to lol (although I'd like to see them be dominant, I have just seen it enough times to not get my hopes up)
Also, was Boostio really an "experienced IGL" at the beginning of last year? bro was literally not rated at all and now people are saying that he's going to save 100T
If marved can be half of the IGL FNS was, Ethan and demon1 are so fucking good that I'm straight up not worried about it. Also remember that they have Chet, who is overall the best coach in the game
I wasn’t comparing sentinels and nrg as teams, obviously nrg will be better, but i am saying that they are not going to look coordinated at first. also boostio wasn’t held in a high regard, but he was experienced. he has been igling for EG for a year prior.
all i’m saying is that it will take a bit for them to become great.
