am i delusional

I currently get 110-120 fps just walkin around and 165 hz monitor. When im in gun fight its 80-100 and when i get shot its 80 or below too. I feel like if i get a stable 165 fps i will can win every duel and rank up. So my question is, is there anyone out there with this exact experience that got a upgraded pc, and if u did, did u rank up much?

I used to get 60 with drops, upgraded to 144hz and a new computer, still am bad.

in cs went from avg 60-100 --> 400+ a long time ago & yes it made a difference because below 100 will look like a slideshow at times. didnt get instantly better but allowed for better prac quality to become better sooner
