True . I think valorant devs realizes from pro play the util spam and some agents getting highly abuse. Recently skye and Jett still getting values. Ult spam becoming less frequent now with ult orb increase.

Yea. Cs2 is just a graphical upgrade + different smoke. Basically the same game.
