if EMEA had TOs that wanted to run events like americas or apac does then there wouldnt be such an issue
and this is just one thing
theres so many factors that going to these events and the community just wants them to pop up out of nowhere

They have the least viewership, TO use their own money to held this event. So if they don't have enough viewership they're wasting their money. This is why they only held an event in places with good viewership like France, Pacific, Brazil and NA.

It cannot be a guest slot, because they were not invited. If anything, all current partnership teams are "guest slots", the ones that went through Ascension are "earned spots"

Look up the definition of guest, then you'll realize why some people are bothered by the comment.

The term "earned" has no implication related to time whatsoever. But I agree with your point, it can be "temporary earned spot". Guest just makes no sense, when you're not invited. Calling it a guest when you have to fight your way through a potential 30 teams is just reinventing the definition of the word guest. People that disagree are simply lacking basic knowledge of English language.
