If this happens i would believe that esports is one of the worst industries to be employed in.

they wont do that relax. unless some org like g2 is offering an insane amount of money for the spot
their players doesn't want to be considered as a "guest", 2 players rumoured to be leaving cause end of contract.
idk, I just watch TacticalRab for Valorant news cause I don't follow much NA Valorant.
highly unlikely that their players leave for another team even if it's a guest slot, 2 years is a really long time in terms of esports and if they perform well they'll get picked up after the org's time runs out
I'm pretty sure the slot goes to the players. TGRD needs to keep 3/5 players I think to keep the spot. Also, there's anti-poaching rules so I don't think any partnered teams can sign TGRD's players
