Talking about aliens is actually weird . If you ask does aliens exist? The best answer would be I don't know man , literally. Observable universe is 95+ light years radius big life must exist no?? But having complex life is itself very rare. Humans body is gift of 4 billion years of evolution, so to make a life more advanced than humans they must survive for 4-5+ billion years to be more advanced than us , and that's not easy bro . Since the universe is essentially infinite or actually infinite, aliens have to exist. We existing pretty much proves that others like us exist. We are probably not gonna interact with them in our lifetime since the universe is pretty big, so I don’t give much thought to this stuff.
