It appears to be normal in some asian countries. I met a journalist who has her brother as the lead for creatives and her mom is in marketing in the same company. She told me they got out of poverty together by helping each other in the family.

While other teams outside the Philippines showcase some Filipino talent like you mentioned, Team Secret's representation could do more to foster growth and exposure for local players. Encouraging local talent would help unearth hidden gems and elevate the region's Valo scene. But with their culture rn, of course we won't be seeing new and good players from PH so how will they be given a chance and get noticed?

They almost won anyway, also they literally removed dispenser, a really close person to all of them because they've been teammates for a long time, specially to dubstep. Although yes they should still remove some players and add better replacements, people like GianSanity could fit. i mean bro went rank 1 in NA for some reason

I saw his name a couple of times in some vods in 2021/2022 splits. He's been off grid for some time though so I think if TS wqas interested with him, they would have gotten in touch with him even before franchise league for the past couple of years. But him being still F/A for some quite time means his value isn't that much to begin with, might be hard for him to get a solid team unless he gets an opportunity for tryouts. TS (PH reps) on this case however don't really conduct tryouts.
