Like the mouse and sens survey earlier, I want to know if if there is a major correlation between your rank and your monitor refresh rate
Btw Im on 60hz and silver 2
Huge difference for duelist player. I used to main Jett and I had 240hz from AOC years ago (till my cat somehow jumped on my monitor and it cracked the screen for dropping it) so I had to return to my old 144hz with is my currently one, huge difference for me especially if you're duelist and heavily dependent on flicks (I'm high sens user, shaky aim as fuck) 240hz helped me a lot dealing with ghosting to do some crazy plays.
But if you're a sentinel anchor player it would not make a huge difference at all, even if you're super low sens player (a player who doesn't waste movement) you're not receiving buff over 240hz at all.
for awper, duelist, chamber player it definitely helps, especially in FPS game where if you win 1v1 by a "lucky" shot if can easily fuck enemy team economic and guarantee you a easy win.
Back in days I used to main radiant top 50-100. Now 144hz I'm usually at Imt3-low Radiant.
Pretty sure If I get 240hz back I'd easily reach high radiant again since nowadays everyone at top 100 has one.
even smth said something similar when he got 360hz (he had 240hz) he said he receive a huge buff because it definitely helps a player with his playstyle, but overall for most players who play "normal" and don't go out playing like "prod" style, it won't change much in KDA. but for me It definitely changed.
It does if you're 60hz to 144hz or 240hz.
But 144hz to 240hz it won't help at all for anchoring I think since I've met some many Cypher mains and KJ main 60hz at Radiant, but for Jett or some character that is heavily dependent on opening bomb helps a lot, even Raze ults when you try to find a fast target doing fast movements, it helps a lot during these situations, as I said, just few situations where If it's your strong point these situations are where you'll feel the most difference and definitely a buff over 144hz. Because overall 144hz to 240hz ain't making you a better player at all.
As I said, for me it made a difference because these things are precisely my gameplay strengths. (since I'm braindead and heavily dependent on aim at all cost)
