I don't get it, like why does it even exist in the first place? I've been using google calendar for about a year and there's a LOT of annoying bugs in it. it does not sync with Google account for further back than a year. Events from more than a year ago do not appear, when I use the desktop version they do. I can't figure out why these events are not showing up here. Got a response, saying "app won't sync back longer than a year on purpose." What was the point of removing that feature? Pointless. Typical Google.
