All the reasons why the current circuit sucks

• Too many matches in short time -> cant watch all, games feel less important, no time for anticipation and hype building (e.g. like 2 weeks between region finals and tokyo), oversaturation

• 0 hype/ narratives in dead periods since roster changes arent possible between events so nothing new happens

• Ascension&regionals get wayy too little attention since its squeezed between vct games

• laughably long offseason (should be 2-3 months max)

Any more to add folks? This dead waiting period made me think of this

all can be fixed by 1 solution:

having mutiple matches at the same time.

like realistically, who wants to watch KRU vs LOUD if 100T vs NRG is going on.

people saying too many matches like they dont have a week to prep lmfao, the ONLY issue Is that there wasn't an extra masters + split and champs in November

ascension is getting plenty of hype and all regions have been fun af

people talking about Valorant pros like they're NBA players running their body down every other night is hilarious just have a more year round schedule rofl

ngl lockin messed it up even though it is a cool tournament. rito replaced a second split and another major with a show tournament. then didn't space out VCT causing off-season to be like 6 months
