OCE should get a play-in spot but japan should keep 2 slots (also play-in) i just hopr riot makes 24/20 teams to make space for south asia (1) OCE (1) and china (2) without taking away slots of other regions. If u do 24 team u can even add one to LATAM, Korea NA and Turkey
