Is 23 kills using sage good?

I've only been playing for like 2 months and I just got 23 kills using sage. For the amount of time is that good? We won the game 13-7 too

23 kills in 20 rounds is good for a support player. Not great, but good.

If you can't drop at least 30 in your silver games just uninstall please
