like when they send out the warning on the phone, is there a way to see how big it’s gonna be or do you have to wait until the actual quake?
phone alerts are only available when the scale of the quake (which is scaled from 1 to 7) is stronger than 5, so you instantly know that it's gonna be such a strong quake coming when you hear that

I think depends on the Magnitude of the Quake I guess
their house built diff for EQ
M6.2, was a little big one, but who cares? Tokyo area isn't affected that much anyway
