the post was titled: (develop a purpose in life) after the recent tragic event, and i went into detail, meant to help others.
It is the only way to escape from big depression cuz it gives you a big purpose and life energy
I mean religion and faith is a good way to work on yourself, but sometimes it doesnt work.
It is based on your mental health but i think religious people are more resistant to psychological problems
