Chinese orgs definitely are the most rich out of every country. They receive money from the government.
After chinese, i would say NA and then Europe.

From NA, i guess C9 is a pretty solid guess for the richest.

South Korean orgs also get a lot of money buff coming from League.

For the rest of regions, Brazil orgs are probably richer than indo/philippines/etc orgs
