Why teams don't have 10 man

can practice any comp
Can practice for pistols as long as required (pistols are important part of game)
Can experiment different comps
Can easily counter strat any team
That 5 people can provide neutral opinion on team performances

Cons:

Have to pay salaries

Clearly pros are more than cons
Than why team don't opt for 10 man?
