yes, filler you can skip = 10%

filler you cant skip, in a fight when a punch happens -> reaction shot 1, reaction shot 2 -> group reaction shot -> wow what a powerful hit -> 2 mins goes by -> fight continues

or explosion happens and we have to look at rocks flying for 30 seconds +

pacing is horrible, if you know anything about animation, storyboarding, direction, its not good

its nowhere close to being the best ANIME because the ANIME is bad, but the MANGA is really good and doesnt suffer from the issues that the ANIME has
