can a sentinels fan (or someone with the knowledge) explain why such quality is sitting on the bench? Marved for me very quality controller just sitting on the bench while sentinels suffer and lose, this system is not working.

Yeah but why even get two Brazilian players with no clue about roles and team chem. It's just bad roster construction. Awful work by management considering how much NA talent was available
