Edit : Not speaking purely game sense wise. Even with his aim, he hasn't looked the sharpest.
But meh, I'm also not considering that he hasn't played on LAN since a year.
And that's okay, with time I hope Liquid fill in those holes and

He himself said his aim wasn't special. It was his game sense and playstyle. Against discipline top tier teams it's hard to get his lurks timing in.

0.49 sens + playing cypher on haven will do that to you.
he's actually been doing pretty well every other game so weak bait + learn to not overreact off of them playing their weakest maps

Lmao I'm not basing this off of one game. Ever since he joined liquid he hasn't been able to perform the way he used to.
And that's perfectly fine. It's just that everyone reads him now.
Your first line just proves playing a different agent could also have helped, like KillJoy.
I know his potential. But this just seems bad not because he isn't lurking well, But because he is getting out aimed on many maps.
That's just me tho, and I hope he gets back to the beast that he is.

hes been the one who's been consistently performing well, just not outstandingly well, on liquid, even at lock in. playing cypher is probably his initiative but if the coach tells him to play kj he will play kj so that's on him too.

May just be a bad day for him today. We'll see, nats has looked decent so far. I think the main reason that he isn't as dominate as he was previously is just that the game is evolving and players are getting exponentially better every year.
