c9 imo, rrq is bad but there's more teams they can get maps against in pacific that for c9 in americas
i still disgusted by rrq , it was supposed to be 1 slot for each sea region and they refuse to build indo roster till riot give em warning and its still half ph , like imagine if SMB / FUT didn't built a Turkey roster
