Yes but it sucks because this roster could have been good and there likely isn't many orgs who would be able to pull off this team and I don't even know is it possible in any VRL because CIS doesn't exist. Maybe EAST?

Because there's no cis region. Now emea player are counted as domestic player in turkey challenger. Because of that there's a team consisting of only player from other region besides turkey in turkey challenger.
