Most sa laws are actually guilty until proven innocent. It's called French law or something. In ur logic he is guilty then lol. That innocent until proven guilty is just procedure for courts not for real life. For all we know he could be a convict or he couldn't be one. We Don know

I meant Public opinion. Also Twitter ain't the only Public forum out there. It can be word of mouth or just any other social media platform. My point is we can't employ innocent until proven guilty for every case when discussing them. Sure u can believe either side but u can't state it as a fact until u have obvious facts about ur case

Both are real life, but with different meanings:
Court: You can be punished as a criminal by the government
Public Opinion: Everybody who knows whether or not you did it and affects your reputation and how people see you

Example: OJ the glove didn't fit, but everybody knows what happened

Beat them once. They went on to win masters and champions but 100t got eliminated.

Acend got eliminated in a comeback

Gambit never got eliminated by 100t, and even that took heroics out of hiko to beat them in groups. (Icebox 1v4 clutch)

no clutch factor accounted for, 100t did not have the firepower to beat either gmb or acend, this is why they lost to rise of all people in NA LCQ... While Gambit and ACEND each got their trophy.
