IMO most realistic one would be
Koldamenta/Redgar - IGL
Soulcas - initiator/flex
Jamppi - Chamber/flex
Scream - duelist
Monsteerr/nAts - sentinel

because I wouldn't change more than 2 and even then Dimasick is still pretty new and easier to replace while Nivera has been pretty disappointing for me so far. Would want to keep the core of Scream/Jamppi/soulcas I think it has potential. Also there's going to be a lot of offers for M3C players so that is why I would rather try to pick Monsteerr over nAts and its more realistic. Same kind of goes with Guild and having more than 1 joining. All in all they just need to pick proper IGL and now its the time.

In my opinion, you can't replace the core Scream/Jamppi/Soulcas. Others can be changed.

lol, that pick wasnt even the problem. Liquids problem was ego peeking all the time on defence, instead of answering a slow defualt with playing safe and holding angles.
