legit no joke rather than paying these "pros" money so that the scene can develop they might aswell spend that on more academy teams developing talent. cuz im telling you no matter how much money they spend female league will always be worse bcs its a male dominant sport. not because females are bad but because no one plays the game. like im tellin u there is at least a 1:100 ratio of male to female valorant players. there shouldnt be a seperate league like if youre good then just play in vct
I get ur point and it's a damn true one but these are the only females players available right now which are decent why shouldn't they be paid?
You should instead say that these orgs should expand in the tier 3 region as well whilst also supporting the GC scene
The goal is to balance out the gender ratio in the incoming future and Valorant is already doing it better than every other esport...

the problem is these players are not decent. look at the recent astra clash drama. a tier 3 academy player pretty much destoyed most of the female scene. like i get it women deserve a chance but there are far more people who probs deserve it more and it should be given to whoever deserves it whatever their gender. like if youre a cracked female player u should playing on vct with the best rather playing some tier 4 tourney consisting only of women
