Too Early

Is it fair yet to say that old teams (TSM, LG, FaZe, T1) are back or is it too early to tell?
I personally feel like it's too early to tell because a lot of the games these teams won were more or less their opponents making mistakes:
-Jcstani shitting the bed against TSM
-Huynh failing to defuse the spike, losing them the map
-LG beating C9 who literally only got 5 rounds on attack between two maps

Too early I would say but they are definitely on the rise

back as in be competitive against the top 3? nah
