what is jett lag? i only fly domestic so i have never been tired after a flight
what does jett lag do to the body and is it different than normal bus travels
i have travelled on bus for a 14+ hours but a shower and half an hour of sleep would be enough normally
is jett lag different from that?
and does it happen to everyone?

its when you are used to sleeping at a normal time for the timezone you used to be in, so if you went from USA to Europe, you would be tired much earlier in the day

Jet lag isn’t about how long you were traveling, but about how many time zones you cross. The farther you go, the more difficult it is for your body to to fall asleep and wake up at the hours that were normal for you in your original time zone.

real gamers are used to all-nighters so it makes no difference, it's just another excuse for teams that do badly
