any good tier2 IGLs so nukkye can focus on own gameplay?
actually he is right, nukkye has a huge firepower but:
Cause you have Hoody, he is a better fragger, flex and entry than Nukkye. The only good thing about Nukkye (ignoring his firepower ) is his Raze (that doesn't entry to the site).
Also, the main problem about G2 is that the players aren't playing their roles, Pipson doesn't know how to use each player.
Avova: he is playing an agressive playstyle when he is one of the best strongholders
Meddo: He is a strongholder too (mainly cypher), when you see him playing every other character you can see that he plays like a cypher with a sova, kj, viper.
Mixwell: Intelligent player that if he knows what is the enemy doing he can do a plan and win the round(but you can't get this info without an IGL), the only operator player in G2. He can flex if you give him the enough time. He has a passive playstyle (this isn't good or bad).
Hoody: the best player in G2 right now, he likes to entry to the site, the only bad thing about him is his operator.
Nukkye: Fragger and a good raze, he can frag with almost every character but that doesn't mean that he plays good with that character, he likes to be the second one to entry to the site and lurks(so no makes sense to place him in the duelist role).
The frags aren't everything
you seem to point to facts but not be able to view the multiple conclusions that the problem could have, and instead hyper focus on kicking nukkye for some reason.
First, there's no reason why hoody and nukkye can't coexist in the same team, they can both play duelist and flex, and nukkye can play sova too.
Then you say the problem is the roles because of pipson, so is nukkye bad at the agents he plays, or is pipson who doesn't know how to take advantage of him? you mention that both avova and meddo are strongholders, but meddo can't play other agents because he's too used to playing cypher, an agent that is usable on two maps and completely overshadowed in the rest, so why put the blame on nukkye instead of him who isn't going to be as valuable in the current meta?
You also talk about mixwell as if he can't do no wrong, when he has been underperforming with the chamber, or at least not performing to g2's standard. You said that he can play flex if you give him time, but wouldn't you rather have a player that is a natural flex and can also IGL in that case?
I agree hoody is great
You say nukkye being good at fragging doesn't mean that he's good with the character, and I agree, but he seems to do his job great? I can remember a lot of shock dart kills from him, and it's a role that works for him being the second one in if hoody plays entry. If for the rest of the players the problem is pipson who can't use them to their fullest potential, why not apply the same logic to nukkye?
You pointed at multiple problems with the roles in the team, and how pipson can't doesn't know how to use them, but for some reason concluded that it must be nukkye, the player with the best fragging power in g2 (or at worst second behind hoody), who get's dropped? Why?
DeepMans has trialed for many times but hasn't gotten in for a reason plus pretty sure he was involved in the Bits scam so no thanks, and Lime with all the respect hell no.
I agree we need changes and Mixwell is a big candidate don't get me wrong but the replacement has to be an actual determinant replacement
