Sentinel's year is over. As much as we fans want change and more commitment, it's unlikely that SEN will make any significant changes before 2023. ShahZam was already gonna pursue content creation in the long run, he is just stalling his pro career for clout and money. On the otherhand, there's no guarantee SEN will do anything good in the LCQ even with significant roster changes so it's unlikely they would make heavy investments before they have any idea about what's the new league is gonna look like.
