both are t1 org they obv care about sponsors and fanbase
kr has lowest viewership
has 1 spot
drx dominate the whole scene
one of them can buy 2slashes
but only 1 spot makes it way harder and kr barley has fanbase
t1 and gen g would have the coaching staff and resources to make tier 1 teams and compete with drx for that one spot. Why would they stay in NA when they're literally sucking in tier 2 NA valorant. They have a much bigger fan base in Korea due to having strong Korean ties with league. Also Korean teams would cost a fraction of the price they currently spending to maintain these tier 2 NA teams. Why wouldn't they go back and help grow the esports scene and their brand there instead of dying in tier 2 NA valorant ?

factos. not sayin that factsonly is wrong but this take would also make so much sense.
DDenied [#6]2023
i mean in 2023 there will be regional tourny so it will be a pretty good year to make a switch

i 100% agree with u and i do want team to invest in kr but i can tell you
most t1 org care about fanbase n sponsorships

I mean like its the best option for t1 and geng they haven't found success in valorant NA scene more than a year. Korean valorant still have a lot of potential for growth and having actual big Korean orgs in the scene would help it grow. Both t1 and gen g are very well known orgs in Korean league community.

It sucks cause I really want to see valorant grow more in Korea. It seem like it grew a lot everywhere and Korea is still lagging behind.
