are you guys getting fps stutters or freezes after the new patch?

No, try to disable G-Sync, FreeSync, or whatever you may have. I had stutters bc of FreeSync but after disabling it the stutters were gone. Also turn off V-Sync if you have that on.

same here , used to have 300fps stable now in gunfights and when there's a lot of utility i get hard drops below 100fps

Yes, my game froze every round last night. For reference I have consistent 144fps that drops to around 120 during heavy util but good enough for 144hz gaming.
