reyna - give her one charge of heal, put dismiss only for ult, increase eye health, make eye last until you shoot it

phoenix - idk delete him hes useless

yoru - increase ult duration, gun pull out faster, ult activation mask thingy faster

astra - give her 5 stars again so shes usable :))

cypher - cage slows, ult 5 cost, cam has more health

i think cypher is still weak, he needs to be able to shoot missiles with his cameras. Also, make him hack the actual player's computers with his ult so nobody can play the game and the server crash
