south asia, simply because they have better resources in almost all aspects. In terms of players, I'd say oceania is more better than south asia. However, in terms of market, obviously south asia wins. especially when adapting to the meta.
Bonkers looked a lot more impressive on their run compared to ge and velocity imo but its hard to say right now
Had it been CS i would have said oceania easily, but I dont think a comparision is possible till both regions play with each other. Valorant players in SA (India) now have good salaries + good infrastructure + a better competitive environment to perform well.
I think we can't really compare rn, hopefully we can see them play each other

GE definetly not, BOBO and ORDER are much better
Old Bonkers and Old Order >> Vlt and EG > Oce > South Asia
But cannot say anything now. Both Oce top rosters changed. EG and Vlt improving (hopefully)
