reyna needs buff

too weak
flash : patch it so it permanetly blinds player if they see the eyeball
heal : patch it give reyna 1000 overheal hp
dismiss : give reyna 50 sec dissmiss time so it can get kill and get to spawn with ease
empress : it remains in dismiss state but can fire gun , bullelts cant hit her but she can melt you instantly

Nah Reyna still bad with those buffs she also need 5 rechargeable Jett dashes and a second ult which is a judge for long range

I know this post is a meme but actually reyna needs a rework:

she's one of those characters that don't have enough utility to contribute to her team at the professional level where it would just be better to bring an extra controller or sentinel

but in online games and ranked she's just straight up cancer
