On stream, Hazed said he passed on signing Ethan to TSM back in the day. Ethan switched to valorant in Feb 2021, so that would have coincided with the +brax -Cutler era.

It sounds like TSM let Hazed take control of the roster and it was him who decided to not make the change. Don't think you can blame this one on the org

i can if they let a player act as GM and make those decisions. just negative things to say about everyone involved lol.
edit: in no sport ever does a player acting as GM work out well long term. should be an easy concept to understand. the org gave him that power, if true, which makes it their fault. you can always pass the buck further up.
