- flashes should be like 10 or 15% quicker
- molly should do more damage & last longer instead of healing, but not damage phoenix
- wall should last long enough to fully heal from it
- ult could be 1 orb cheaper, but that might be OP

I guess his curving flashes are a big part of his identity but his flashes are the least versatile due to how limited its range is. His flashes could be faster but unlike other flash agents his flashes won't be able to set-up set plays as effectively due to its limited movement. A faster flash would be good for individual plays though but that's it.
5 ult orb is kinda ridiculous, at this point it's almost a regular ability. But I get your point, because it's the only part of his kit that fits the duelist role.
imo what phoenix lacks as a duelist is the ability to take space through mobility.
Jett does it with dash and updraft
Raze does it with satchels
Neon has her sprinting, Reyna has her dismiss and Yoru his TP, despite those three not doing it as successfully as Jett and Raze.
yup, but that's why I said duelist should gain space through mobility imo. controllers also gain space, but through smokes, and phoenix's wall is more like a smoke/weak viper wall.
I just had an idea, what if the path of his wall curved according to his movement? (but with some delay so he couldn't just be sprayed through). He could carve his way into a sight making a maze of fire. Maybe that would be too stupid, but maybe it could work.
Molly: his molly should land faster and farther. I think that the damage/heal is ok.
Flash: That curve that his flash does should be faster. Personally from all flashes, Phoenix's is the easier to dodge (considering skye, breach, kayo, yoru, etc)
Wall: If you need the wall to heal yourself, why it blocks your vision? You need to be blind to heal yourself?
Ult: cancelling the ult should be enough, i think that his ult is ok
