the conclusion to that particular case was both team used it. so it cancelled each other out. but, i can't remember loud using it this match. so, if this ruling is universal and unallowed in all regions then liquid technically used an expoit.

also the admin said that jett needs to use updraft to get on top of yellow box. scream did go on top of yellow box later without using an updraft. the admin doesn't mention if it needs to be directly.
