Add live player facecams in HUD

so we can see their reaction live during game-plays

they did it yesterday and the ui was hella delayed and the cams were shown on opposite teams haha

they tried once when Liquid was playing but ScreaM's facecam showed up for every single player they observed. Unintentional, but it made the game better tbh lol. I'd also love to see an end-of-table shot of all 5 teammates each round for reactions. They don't capitalize on the LAN environment - should show players MUCH more often.
