If M3C qualify will they be able to attend masters? what happens if they qualify and arent allowed

they are still russian and iceland has banned travel for russians into their country, i think.

this depends on iceland government i think. if they are not accepting their passports, then NO. they will be just like the APAC team who did not made it to masters 2 but still got the points imo. idk if what EMEA will do regarding this.
