M3C doesnt have coach i think, because if you open M3C current roster there is no coach, and when they announce GMB -> M3C they only say "gambit players", I dont know if the coach still on the team, or still working behind the scene

But yeah d3ffo and nAts being inconsistent after master berlin, same happen to sentinel players and acend players, maybe it is valorant thing, after winning big tourney the winner team being predictable and not improving
