Intimidating guy

So this guy in my school is so freaking intimidating. He is very big, always wears black, likes abusing people and is very woke. He likes political discussions. He doesn't have great manners, but
he is very succesful, as he (almost) always gets an A+ from the test, he has also had a few relationships with girls, and lives in a wealthy family.

I have no courage to go talk to him, since I guess he might bully me when I sound so weak. What should I do?
