self diagnosis i been going to depression therapy for a year and a half and tbh music and watching/playing competitive games like val,ow is the only thing that made me get through the past year

Im not wrong tho? i met many people in the pandemic saying they were depressed but never got diagnosed by a doctor, and this happens with many things, idk the other guy and idk if he actually is saying the truth but my point still stands lol. (And i find it funny how you only say now that it was my opinion but at the moment said im trashtalking and im making fun of a dead person)
Yes i said alot of shit but i got mad these dudes started to say things i didnt say in the start
